THOUGHTS FROM THE JOURNEY

Personal observations on leadership, building organizations, and the lessons learned along the way.

Why I Write Founder Reflections

These are observations that never leave us.

Sometimes they arrive during a conversation.

Sometimes while sitting in traffic.

Sometimes in the mountains.

For me, they often arrive before the day begins, when the world is still quiet enough to hear them.

Founder Reflections is where I write those thoughts down before life gets busy again.

They’re not intended to be business advice.

They’re simply honest reflections from someone who’s spent years living inside organizations and is now (again) building one of his own.

If they help you see your own journey a little more clearly, then sharing them was worth it.

LATEST REFLECTION

A morning thought about perspective, being in the weeds, and remembering to climb out long enough to see the bigger picture.
