Meet the Founder

Peter Daniel

My perspective on business was shaped by years of working inside organizations, leading people, solving problems, navigating growth, and experiencing firsthand the challenges that develop as businesses become more complex.

I've learned that what appears to be the problem isn't always the problem, and that working harder at the wrong issue rarely creates lasting improvement.

Those experiences shaped how I approach business today and became foundational to the way OGA helps leaders understand their organizations.

Why I Built OGA

As businesses grow, problems become more complex.

The owner works harder. More people are added. New processes and systems are introduced. Problems get solved, only to appear again somewhere else.

It becomes easy to assume that the answer is better accountability, another employee, a new system, stronger processes, or simply working harder.

Sometimes it is.

But I came to believe there is a more important question that should come first:

Do we actually understand what is happening?

That question became foundational to OGA.

What Experience Taught Me

I've learned that the problem we can see isn't always the problem we actually have.

I've learned that recurring friction is often telling us something.

I've learned that growth can change what a business requires long before anyone recognizes that the way it operates needs to change.

And I've learned that leaders make better decisions when they have the clarity to understand the conditions behind the decisions they are being asked to make.

That is why OGA begins with Evidence Before Answers.

Why This Work Matters

Behind every business are people who have invested enormous amounts of time, energy, sacrifice, and belief into building something that matters to them.

When the business becomes harder to operate, that burden often lands directly on the owner.

I built OGA to help reduce that struggle.

Not by arriving with predetermined answers, but by helping leaders see what they may not be able to see from inside the business, understand what the evidence supports, and make better-informed decisions about what should happen next.

That is the work I believe OGA is here to do.

I’d Welcome the Conversation

If something inside your business isn't working as well as it should, you don't have to know exactly what the problem is before reaching out.
